Deliveries
It’s an amazing experience to see those wonderful smiles after receiving fresh flowers! Bouquet club subscriptions and one-time deliveries – You can choose your frequency from once in a blue moon, each month, or every week. A gift to yourself or to someone else. Arrangements change weekly, so you’ll get something new and different every time!

Whether you’re dreaming about lush floral installations, elaborate floral arbors, elevated centerpieces, a destination wedding, or a small intimate ceremony, WR Designs and Decor will help your express your own unique style in flowers!
Your florals are one of the most important elements of your wedding day. I believe in crafting memorable floral designs your guests will talk about for years to come. They create a perfect ambiance for your reception and ceremony space that will have you in awe. Your beautiful bouquets will compliment your dress or attire perfectly, and your flowers for the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and wedding party will be dreamy.
Each and every flower in each arrangement is hand selected with purpose to compliment each other to create a stunning masterpiece. Your vision is our main inspiration that transforms your wedding day into a piece of art!
The Floral Design Process
I’d be honored to be your wedding florist! Here's is little bit about our process...Fill out our inquiry form or send us an email. We’ll follow up with a detailed questionnaire so we can get to know your individual style and vibe of your wedding. We love to get a general idea about your vision which helps determine if we are available for your big day. It’s also very helpful if you have photos or a Pinterest board you can share, but if you're not sure yet, no worries.
We'll schedule a phone discussion and even meet in person (depending on your preference). During our consultation we’ll go into more of the finer details, look at photos, different flowers, colors, sizes and styles together, and come up with ideas to make your wedding florals special and unique .
After our consultation we’ll draft up a custom floral proposal with all of the items on your wishlist. We can edit and make any necessary changes based on your feedback. If you need help or advice hitting your targeted budget, we’re happy to give you ideas and suggestions
Once you have your proposal, you can make changes until it's just right. Then, when you’re happy with it, you can sign the contract electronically with your deposit to make it official.
A month or two before the wedding, we’ll touch base with another call or meeting to finalize all of the details. At this time we’ll draft up your custom mood board with inspiration photos, and specific flower types we plan to order for the big day!
We’ll arrive with your bouquets and boutonnières, design any floral installations or arbor florals, place centerpieces, and make sure all of your details are just right, so you, the happy couple can fully relax and enjoy your day knowing everything is perfect!
Rentals
Include something from our rental collection to knock your special day out of the park; from our faux eucalyptus runners, ceremony decor, urns, vases, Harlow stands, Pilsner Vases, and LED candles. Our rental collection is always growing so check in to see if we have what your are looking for!
What Do Wedding Flowers Cost?
While these prices are not set in stone, they give you a general idea of where our pricing starts for our most common requests.- LUXURY SILK FLORALS

Our high end silk and real-touch flowers are incredibly realistic, mimicking the feeling, coloring, and textures of real flowers! Your guests will be blown away (if you tell them). They won’t even recognize the difference they look and feel so real!
This option is best if you need bouquets, boutonnières, small centerpieces, and simple arbor swags. We can work within your budget.
- FRESH FLOWER INSTALLATIONS
- $ 2500 & up Investment

With a minimum investment of $2500, we will deliver full service, with on-site set up and delivery the day of your wedding within Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. This option is best if you need bouquets, boutonnières, elevated centerpieces, and moderate to complex arbor designs or other floral installations.
On average our couples spends about $5000.
- SIMPLY DESIGNED FLORALS
- $ 600 & up Investment

We can completely design your wedding party flowers, table arrangements, aisle markers, or entryway flowers. They can be picked up the morning of the wedding in our Coventry home studio, dropped off for your special occasion, or our faux flowers ship nationwide!
This option is best if you need bouquets, boutonnières, small centerpieces, and simple ceremony flowers. We can work within your budget.

Each flower delivery is hand-made for your recipient and hand-delivered.

I want to design arrangements that have you asking how they could possibly be more beautiful than you ever envisioned. My first wedding bouquets were for friends and family, and I always strive to give each and every one of my couple the same fun, stress-free experience as I would any close friend.
